What Vault is
Vault stores the documents you upload, reads them so they can be filed and found, and shows them back to you. During early access the service is free and provided as-is while we're still building it.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for the people you invite into your workspaces. Each workspace is a separate account: people can only see the workspaces they belong to.
Your documents stay yours
You keep all rights to everything you upload. We process your documents only to provide the service to you. We don't sell your documents and we don't use them to train AI models.
Acceptable use
Don't upload anything unlawful, don't try to break into other people's workspaces, and don't use Vault to store material you have no right to keep.
Availability
Early access means occasional downtime and changes. Keep your own copies of anything critical; we're not liable for lost data during the testing period.
Ending your account
You can export your documents and delete your workspace at any time. We may end an account that breaks these terms.
